![]() It is a strange - maybe I start using another app - if you have any suggestions for a simple editor program with a responsive feature or something, let me know. ![]() So is there maybe a way to make the text stay in the window and respond to the window size even when zooming in? And is there a way to save that display setting for new documents? So let me put it this way - I want to zoom in and still see all my text in the window in a larger displayed size (not actual larger font size). And than I have to resize the window to fit the zoomed in text. Zooming is a bit of a pain because often some parts of the the text disappears on the edges of the window. But when I work in textedit I very often have to zoom in to read the text at that font size. The font size of "12" in the TextEdit is great for the other apps - I do not want to send parts of my email with a larger font. ![]() From the textedit i often copy and paste parts of my notes to other apps - for example to the mail app and pages etc. I use the text app for note taking and so I have to create new text documents regularly. But let me try to explain my problem maybe in another way. I disabled the "wrap window" option and it looks bit better.
